Return Guidelines:
- To be eligible for refund, 'Only one return per customer (ie.1x tube that has been opened and used per customer). If customers have purchased two or more tubes, we can only accept returns for refund if they are in the original purchase condition ie. not damaged, unopened box & tube, and unused. If two or more tubes have been purchased, all purchased tubes must be returned. Please note, restocking fee of $12.95 per tube also applies on all multiple tube returns.
- Only those products purchased from our website are eligible for a direct refund from Defytime Pty Ltd.
- All eligible returns must be:
- Postmarked or return delivery within 60 days from the date of purchase.
- Returned to the address provided below.
- Must be returned in original packaging (including original box and tube), please note: we can not accept returns without this.
- No refunds will be issued without an RMA Number (Return Merchandise Authorisation Number).
Any returns that do not include and RMA number that is clearly written on the outside of the delivery box will be refused and returned to the sender. - Defytime Pty Ltd will not process or refund any returned deliveries that are refused by the customer or marked "Return to Sender".
- Any and all complaints concerning damaged, incomplete or erroneous deliveries must be reported to Defytime Pty Ltd within 10 days from the date of purchase.
- If your product arrived damaged, incomplete, or the wrong product was delivered, Defytime Pty Ltd will pay for return delivery provided that Defytime Pty Ltd is notified within 10 days from the date of purchase.
- We recommend customers use a traceable delivery method for sending return packages. Defytime Pty Ltd will not be responsible for any delay or loss of package in transit. Refunds of lost return deliveries will be issued only if proof of receipt can be established.
Return Instructions:
- Email us at returns@trilastin.com.au or call (02) 8084 3806 and request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) number. Please include your Name, and Order number.
- Pack all purchased product (even if empty) in a suitable container and include a copy of the included packing sheet. Clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the delivery box.
- Return the unused portion of your product(s) to:
