Purchase Options

We use Paypal secure online payment system for processing our orders. Although this is a secured site, we understand you may feel more comfortable with purchasing through another method. Please email our customer service representative at info@trilastin.com.au for more information on how you can place an order. We offer lay by options, and accept all major credit cards, money orders, cheques and direct debit. Please note, we can only send the product/s to you once we have received the payment in full.

Processing Time & Delivery

Once you have purchased our product/s, the processing time for this will be within 24 hours, and we offer a flat delivery rate of $9.95 for our customers in Australia. (A delivery charge of $9.95 and restocking fee of $12.95 per tube applies if you return a product as part of ‘Our 60 Day Guarantee’). Please read ‘Our 60 Day Guarantee’ section for more information on our Product Returns Policy.

We anticipate our delivery time to be 1-5 working days (Mon-Fri, except public holidays), and please allow extra days for deliveries to the West Coast. If you require urgent deliveries, please email or call our customer service representative for express delivery options at info@trilastin.com.au.
