Q: How does ProPLEXIN-CR® work?A: ProPLEXIN-CR® works by implementing a comprehensive, multi-faceted approach, targeting the primary causes of dermal decline. ProPLEXIN-CR® contains a true 10% maximum concentration of Argireline® (AH-3) - a neuropeptide which inhibits wrinkle formation by helping to prevent the transmission of nerve impulses to the muscles that cause facial wrinkles.
Argireline® is the most recommended and effective alternative to Botulinum Toxin injections. ProPLEXIN-CR® also contains 5 separate components scientifically proven to help promote collagen synthesis. Q: Can I use ProPLEXIN-CR® while sunbathing or tanning? Can I use ProPLEXIN-CR® with a tanning lotion?A: Sunbathing and the use of tanning beds are among the worst activities in which one can engage that can adversely affect skin health and integrity. You may use ProPLEXIN-CR® while sunbathing or tanning, however we recommend that you apply ProPLEXIN-CR® at least 1-hour prior to engaging in these activities. This will allow the skin to adequately assimilate ProPLEXIN-CR®. Subsequently, tanning lotions may then be applied. Never apply tanning lotions or other skin care products prior to the application of ProPLEXIN-CR®. This will inhibit the absorption of ProPLEXIN-CR® into the skin, significantly reducing its effectiveness.
